As our mortgage broker, he did a great job walking us through the process and completed everything in a timely manner.       These people are horrible, do not get near them. They are rude, unorganized, and will not assist with setting up insurance for your mortgage. The mortgage will be immediately transferred to another mortgage company. They did not pass over the Insurance Declaration Page to the new lender and with property damage, I have to pay out of pocket because of them. I am shocked they stay in business. Deal with your Credit Union or ANYONE else. Stay Clear. And the any Real Estate Agent that suggests these people to you, fire them immediately. They will be just as bad.
