Brian and company are all amazing. First time buyer so I was mostly clueless about all of the mortgage and financing things that needed doing, and they were super patient and helpful in walking me through it. I recommend doing hybrid online closing, as that takes very little time in-person to wrap up the odds and ends that needed a notary.
