      I had some issues with my account and didn't really want to call the 800 number just to be put on hold for an hour, so I came into the branch. Being a BB&T customer I was a bit nervous that I might not get anything accomplished, but they were all very helpful, I was in and out within 30-35 minutes.

      If you want a bank to randomly lock your account for "fraud" and then make it impossible to unlock, leaving you on the hold for 3+ hours then hang up... Try Truist.

      Horrible horrible nightmare go to different banks. Not the employees that they work there. The employees at this location are very nice. It’s their system or the back offices that they make decisions. Never again dealing with Suntrust or Truist ever again in my life. Wish there was no star option
