      We never had any bad experience with this company so far , I'm making payments on my wife's account for over one year now . Our representative with the Spanish line (because my wife doesn't speak English) , Julianna I believe is her name , she is always returning our phone calls on time , she is working with us when we don't have the payment ready for the date is scheduled , we are able to move the payment , lower the payment if is the case . After reading all the this bad reviews I hope she will stay in charge with my wife's account until we pay it off . We really like her , she is human , treat us with respect and dignity . Also , I'm not bothered when she is calling us , we communicate , how else you can fix a problem ? Good luck to you all .

      After several voicemails and emails they finally called me. If you leave a msg saying you reported them to the BBB I think they get scared.

      They never answer the phone.. I dont know what else to say, or how to solve this problem. Good Luck trying to get in contact with them.
