  I was a little anxious about buying my first home home in this current crazy market, but Shawn and his team made the process so painless and straightforward! With Shawn's experience and expertise, he was able to walk me through the process as efficiently and smoothly as possible. He's always ready to answer questions and the app (and it's milestone tracker) was a great tool to expedite communication and document delivery. I highly recommend working with Shawn if you're in the market for a house!

  Surprised at the good reviews. I am the opposite of what you call a "Karen" I very rarely leave anyone a negative review and am not confrontational with companies at all. In March of 2020, my husband and I used this company to buy a million dollar home with my in law. The communication was poor the entire time and my very IT savvy husband could not work their computer system to submit documents online as it would not let him. After repeated attempts to fix it after he submitted documents 4 times, and attempts to try to find another way for sending documents, they resolved the issue at the last minute (this was after multiple threats to him that we could not get the million dollar home if he didnt "just submit the documents online" *face palm* I mention million dollars in order to try to convey how much money we had tied up in this. and how much stress this put on my husband) His assistant was also very rude. She initiated emails with us only on the weekends, then one time my husband responded to something she said, her response was "I have other clients and you are making me work on a Saturday." She initiated the emails. When we moved into our home, my husband said the best part of moving in was no longer having to deal with this company.

  I began working with Shawn Potter at the beginning of my home search. Shawn was very helpful in obtaining a pre-qualification and helping navigate my budget and what to look for. Throughout the entire process, Shawn and his team were very responsive and answered any questions I had. He also worked closely with me to find the best loan options for my situation and budget. It was a quick, smooth process that helped buying a home a lot easier. I greatly recommend Shawn and his team.
