Worst bank ever blocked my cards middle off day left me stranded in middle of a whole differnt town and state cause there so called 24/7 fraud protection was not open I started to call at five still waiting almost four hr later am stuck can’t go home and find a place to sleep their service is the lamest you want to wait three days after you get paid to get paid sure your want them overdraft you but not let your payments come out since gana overdraft you regardless took five months months to fight for many that clearly was owed have to wait to see my money if deposited on weekend no body answers like ever drive thru just as lame let me watch you sit at the mic for twenty I’ll be right with you like u don’t have a job to get back to

Hi Nena - Yes, when you travel out of state, fraud protection will kick in on our cards - unless you notify us of travel, or add a travel alert within digital banking. When that happens you should get a phone call/text message for you to easily fix it - but if that didn't happen, we should make sure we have an accurate phone number in the system for you. Please give us a call at 800.834.0432 so we can verify. To get your paychecks the quickest way, we recommend direct deposit so the funds will be immediately available. Video Banking and our Contact center are available to help on Saturday from 9-noon.
