  This is my first time buying a house and it was a great experience. So easy. I was going through someone else before and I was having so many issues.   This is my second time working with Bryan Mittler and his team from Atlantic Home Loans. In our first mortgage loan and the purchase of our first property, Bryan was the primary reason why the seller picked us out of 5 interested buyers! He assured the seller’s agent that we would close on time with no issues and that we are qualified buyers. He was right we closed on time and had no issues getting approved! In our second investment property Bryan got us the best interest rate and also ensured we close on time. His team Kim and Danielle worked closely with us on obtaining required documents. Whenever we had questions we could quickly get on the call. In addition Bryan helped us to get best refinancing rate and closed the loan in less than 30 days! He also provided the best financial advice on what term and rate would make sense in our situation.   Bryan Mittler and his team go above and beyond with their services. They are prompt. efficient and very responsive to answering questions and explaining the whole process as buying or refinancing a home can be very complicated and overwhelming. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Home Loans.
