Dean and his team at Real Genius Mortgage were really helpful throughout the loan process. Dean was very responsive to all emails, messages or phone calls and in clarifying all the questions that I had. Nate was made the process look simple. The final approval step took longer than others because of closer and title company conversations and it's normal I guess. I recommend Dean from Real Genius for your next mortgage, you can get best rate as I did compare with better.com, rocket mortgage, New American funding and couple of local banks.

I am super skeptical and was stressed to start the home loan process with a company in a different state but was very pleasantly surprised.
