  The folks at the moneta branch go above and beyond to help. They seem to be there to help with any situation. Very friendly and they earned my respect. You really don't feel like just another number.

  We moved all our accounts to Union Bank & Trust over the past 12 months. Their online banking and app make handling our monies easy. Our teenage sons are new checking account holders as well and the workers (along with my wife and I) explained things to our boys in great detail so they'll be smart with handling their own money. The staff is knowledgeable and always nice.

  Union Bank is a totally inept organization. Its "security" functions are arbitrary and business customer unfriendly. The branches have no real ability to deal with isssues. If you are a business customer pick another bank, any bank. In addition, its interest rates are not competitive, especially with the online banking options
