      We have had nothing but positive experiences at Atlantic Union Bank. Christopher Barham (Vinton branch at the time) is the absolute best. He worked tirelessly, on a time crunch, to help us get a personal loan, staying positive and encouraging the whole time. He is all about excellent customer service and has mastered it. Any time banking comes up in a conversation I mention Atlantic Union and Chris specifically. We love this bank!

      Very poor customer service and I hate to say that we are hurt after visiting this place to make a deposit, we have been to other Atlantic union and they have provided us with excellent customer service. This people here make judgment upon your race.

      Multiple unnecessary charges, starting out as a 10$ charge for checks cashed while not having an account, which wouldn't be so bad but they botched setting up the account as well and I ended up going to another bank and paying 3$ to cash my check there, I recommend you do the same
