      I don't quite understand most of the negative reviews. The service at this location has always been excellent, the facility itself is beautiful and feels very clean and upscale. I would much rather bank with Michael at this location than anywhere with some of the "big banks".

      I always thought the quality of the services that i recieved from every employee that works on the inside of this particular branch did a wonderful job except for the drive thru at times. However i will say that Union Atlantic has a much more aggressive penalty/fee structure than many of the other banks available.

      They have one drive though lane open and a line of 8 cars waiting to be serviced, at 5:30pm when the average person is just off of work and able to bank
