      Just wanted to say I have absolutely loved my experience with this branch! I have been a customer of Atlantic union bank since I was a teenager and have always been impressed by their stellar customer service. Everyone at this branch is friendly and accommodating. Kathy was very pleasant and helpful with some paperwork I had to complete. Both of my interactions with her and this branch were absolutely amazing!

      Made an appointment to close out an account of a lost loved one. We were treated like a burden. The entire appointment was a hot mess.

      Poor customer service as if you have an issue or a problem they don’t agree with they cut you off and say you are being argumentative and don’t address the issue .
