      This Union Bank & Trust always has fast and efficient service through the drive-through and inside. Of course Friday afternoons are a little busy. However, I have found that that to be true with any bank in my experience. They also offer notary services during lobby hours. The inside is clean and inviting and is spacious with plenty of privacy if you want that with your transaction.

      One of the worst banks I have dealt with. Really doesn't matter which branch I visit the drive thru is horrible. Also a 10 min plus wait. You will also have to wait a couple of days before your deposit to go thru if deposit cash, check and anything else. I've had used better banks. Apple is a good bank. Which they had more down south.

      If you want to get information from this bank, good luck. I've been in my industry 25 years and have never worked with a bank that was as difficult to get a payoff for a client. Had to get written permission from the client (even with their client sitting with me) to provide them verification. Even after providing this, it took a day to respond and then they would only mail the payoff. What you can normally get from a lender in a matter of minutes takes days.
