      Your lobby is closed because of short staff but you have 2 people in drive thru. Why don't you have one in drive thru and one in the lobby?

      I can’t believe this place is closed on Saturdays it’s bad enough They are closed on Sunday.

      Hi Jonathan, we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you experienced with the Thornburg branch being closed on Saturday. We do have two other branches nearby that do offer Saturday hours. The Cosner Corner branch and Ladysmith branch are both open and hopefully one of those branches would be a convenient option for you on Saturdays when your home branch is closed. Thank you- Renee
