      Terrible customer service! I applied online was approved for a certain amount. It gave me a branch near me with the option to call them or wait for a call to get more information. I decided to call the number provided a lady answers Stacy I believe not sure but she informed me she will call back after she’s done with a call 2hrs later still no call back I call again same lady answers stating that I told you I will call you back after my call. 2hrs to take a call is ridiculous. Then she states let me give you the office number to call. Why would an online application give me your personal number to call? It’s beyond ridiculous so I said cancel my application and now they calling me. I don’t need your service anymore learn to treat everyone equal and I don’t recommend anyone to do business here branch on telephone road

      My husband was approved for a loan of a $1000. But it was so much stuff that he went through they deducted money because of our light bill having a two month balance. We all know that sometimes you pay your bill and another one has generated. To make a long story short first she offered him $300. Then we the manager came in she pushed it down to $200. Just a overall complete waste of time from $1000 to $200. Never go there again.
