  I was very disappointed with the service I received. After I received a check from them and went in to acquire and a loan I was greeted with the need for more information mind you I only been dealing with this company for a couple of years and always paid them off. You thought enough of me to send me a check then treat me as a new customer you have lost my business. Went to another company that I been dealing with as long as I been dealing with checkloans and was in and out in less than15 minutes. Learn how to deal with paying repeat customers. Thank you for your response and based on this I will consider your establishment in the future

  So unprofessional and ghetto!!! I called in before I went and they told me I didn’t need a bank account just a notarized letter from my job and id and bill under my name. So I drove an hour and when I got there they looked at me stupid when I told them I had just spoke to someone and they told me to bring the items listed above. Asked to speak to a manager and manager didn’t solve anything either, she just sat there.

  Yesenia: We have never requsted a notarized letter of any kind, let alone from an employer. All our employees know this. You must have us confused with another company. We also do not have a record of your visit. We do verify employment by phone with every customer. We can handle all your information and provide pending approval for a loan by telephone so a visit in many cases is not necessary. We love helping our customers.
