  The female employee making these calls leaves no name or information for her reason calling. I do not have a loan with this company. For all I know it could be a fraudulent call. The employee then got upset when I advised she be a little more professional about how she contacts people because the times she has called leavings voicemails she never leaves a name of who’s calling or company name. She then proceeded to advise “ she always leaves a name and she can’t leave a company name because it’s against the law” for her to do that. Ridiculous. I told her I had proof she never leaves her name and she gave push back when she said “at that location they always do” basically calling me a liar when I told her I had proof of several voicemails where she does not. Giving out personal info is against the law, correct but Providing your name and name of your employer is not against the law especially if your the one contacting me (several times) if this company wants to continue doing business I strongly suggest they hire someone who can handle simple customer service concerns in a professional matter instead of getting offended. The advice I gave her was clearly to help her and her place of work!

  Great place to get a loan. Reasonable monthly payments. The only thing I didn't like was after I paid my loan off, an employee kept calling me to apply for another loan after I told her I wasn't interested but I kept getting voicemails. When I called another location to put in a complaint, I was told by the supervisor (who wasn't too friendly, maybe having a bad day), she the employee "was just doing her job" it was protocol. I ask the supervisor it's protocol after she's been ask to stop calling she still has to call? I was then told I can opt out of the text messages (which I haven't receive text messages since I paid off loan, just calls and voicemails), and I will be taken off the list. I hope so.
