  Kate is completely amazing! My husband and I had a somewhat difficult loan process. We had multiple loan officers tell us we would not be able to get a loan for at least another year. But from the second we walked into Kate’s office she made us feel welcome and without worry. From then on she did nothing but make me feel at ease about getting our loan with no problem. And anyone that knows me knows all I do is worry! I truly believe if I hadn’t met Kate (who was willing to try and understand our situation and do the research) we would not be living in our beautiful brand new home today. Thank you so much Kate for all you have done!

  Kate and her Team Rock they are truly all around Great. Just when I was about to give up on my home purchase they were able to go above and beyond for me getting me approved by the lender. What I loved most is that they keep you updated every step of the way. The response time is quick compared to other people. They also give you a weekly update every Friday to let you know what is missing or what is needed from all parties they made this expierence very smooth. Laurie is so great friendly and professional as well..

  Atlas Mortgage is an awesome company, when we thought that we couldn't get financed for a home, Kate and her staff went out their way to get us financed! Very friendly and motivated workers there, answered every question we had and help us understand everything that was going on throughout the process!!
