      I’ve been a member of this credit union for about 20 years, and have appreciated their services, lack of mystery fees and convenient locations. However, in the last few years it has become increasingly difficult to get a call through to an actual human being who could help me with any question. I either end up on terminal hold or (my personal favorite) after waiting on hold for an extended period the call just goes dead. Their automated phone system asks for your number so they can call you back when a representative becomes available, but several times, they never have called back. It’s faster, though not less annoying, to drive to a branch, wasting my expensive gas, to ask the question. I understand understaffing is an issue, and have cut them slack on this review, but with so many credit unions now available for me to choose from, this needs to be dealt with before there is a mass exodus.

      This place has gone from an efficient credit union to a TYPICAL BIG BANK. I’ve been with this company since 1980 when it was School Employee Credit Union. Over the last ten years it has done nothing but get bigger, inefficient and impossible to work with. I’ll be closing my account SOON!
