      Same thing happened to me as the other person that gave a 1 star review. That's why I'm also giving a 1 star. Made a Cash deposit, it gave me no receipt but just an error message with a phone number to call, so I go inside the bank and the teller tells me to go over the desk with him so I'm thinking great, I'm getting my money but nope, he calls the number I got on the error screen and does the same thing I could've done in my cellphone. So I called the number and after waiting 35 minutes they finally answered just to tell me that I will get my money credited after a day or 2. Really. What a joke!!!

      Just went to their Chase ATM drive-through to deposit cash and it literally took it and did not deposited into my account. Their ATM machine stole money from me. I went into the bank right away spoke to the manager she told me there’s nothing she can do I have to call the claims department. I have the receipt where it says something went wrong error ! It was cash that I deposited not a check or anything else. They should not be allowed to keep my heart working money! Once this is resolved I will no longer be banking with Chase!
