      My son and I went today to deposit checks and withdraw some cash. This branch appeared to have 5 employees "working.". Only two were actually busy. Of the three doing nothing, one sat at a desk and watched the line form, while the other two stood with their backs turned to their customers away from the counter. It took over 5 minutes for anyone to pay attention to the line that had formed. Ultimately, Jose called us over. He apologized repeatedly when I voiced my displeasure which was only made worse when I read their massive sign regarding customer "courtesy." Needless to say it took us 15 minutes to complete a 2 minute transaction in a bank that had more employees than customers!
