  I bought my first home in 2017. Jyoti was my lender and She did house closing in 17 days after finalizing deal. I was looking for lender for my second property. After communicating with many brokers and lenders finally decided to give a call to Jyoti. She was my last hope. I had bad experience with other lenders for closing of my second property. I called her on 28th July 2020, and she sent me a final closing disclosure document on August 7th, 2020. we could have done closing on 8th but some how we did property closing on 10th. I would say Jyoti is honest and open for all questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and always called us back promptly, even after hours. I was most impressed with the turnaround and how quickly the settlement date was scheduled. I got unbelievable mortgage rate from her. I would salute her devotion for her customers. She works hard to her last breath to get deal pass with impressive mortgage rate. There were absolutely no surprises at closing. She is lender and owner of company. I prefer always to go with lender rather than mortgage broker. I will recommend her to every person I know who needs financing.
