      Reinaldo is the best representative ever. We came about 20 minutes before closing and had very very urgent papers to get signed by the banker and he was really patience and through throughout the process. He even made a copy of our big stack of paper just in case and it was after working hours. Thank you so much for your service and will defiantly come back to him.

      I will be very cautious when I deposit cash at the teller in this bank. I will never allow tellers to bring money to the machine that I can't witness and ask them to count it in front of me. There was a discrepancy in the amount when I deposited cash, so I filed a complaint to the management, but they didn't even have the courtesy to return the call.
