      Unable to cancel stolen credit card. my wife’s purse was stolen so we called to cancel our credit card, we reached a number for Austin Bank, we got some lady in a foreign country and she said she could not access our information. She said call back on Tuesday, Monday is a holiday and report your card is stolen. I guess Austin Bank isn’t concerned if all my money is drained out of my account. We had several other credit cards, that were stolen as well and we were able to cancel all of them quickly and easily. It was only Austin Bank that doesn’t think it’s important to cancel stolen credit cards.

      Mr. Smith, if you have the AB Card Alerts app, you can turn your card off from the app. I am not sure why you cannot report to the after hours card number found on our website. I apologize for the I’m on eminence and would encourage you to call the after hours number found on our website. Maebeth Cotton
