We had a very difficult situation where there were more twists during the process than the Mississippi river - before Babe and Paul Bunyan straightened it out. There were issues on all sides - qualification, builder delays, non-standard builder financing, etc... But Tom Oltmann just rode through it and helped us every step of the way. Even when another funding group (builder's primary) backed out and said they could not do it, Tom succeeded. I have used Charlie Cooper and now Tom for the last 3 houses, and some were very ugly, but the team handled it all.
