      Please if you value the safety of your money do not deposit your money at any bbt location. They do not handle fraud situations accurately or fairly. The customer service and professionalism of every employee I have attempted to work with is terrible. There is zero empathy or support for my situation in which a third party has tried to make a claim on my account. Bbt placed a hold on my acct for 6 months without attempting to investigate the fraud. Zero suport has been provided to me, their customer, to resolve the issue in my favor. Overall just a terrible company. Typical stereotypical bank. Feel they are above the law and well above their customers.
