      I can’t say enough about how terrible this bank is. The staff is friendly enough but when you work for a bank stuck in the 1980s it’s hard to be proud of where you work. Online banking is a joke. If you swipe your card more than once at the same place it locks for “fraud” and if it’s on a weekend then there is no one to call and unfreeze your card. So you will go without access to money. If you are anywhere outside of Austin/San Marcos then there are no atms. So there’s that added bonus of being charged to access your money. Oh and let’s not forget the incredibly long check hold times. My sister and I cashed a check for the same amount from the same place. Her bank released the funds 3 days later, this bank, still waiting..... going on 7 days now. For a check!!! Looking forward to closing this account and never doing business with them again. I’m willing to bet the positive reviews on here are from friends of people that work there.
