THEY MAKE YOU WANT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM TO THE BANK FOR SO AWFUL AND BAD EDUCATION OF THEIR STAFF..... THEY WILL RESPOND THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENT BECAUSE IT SERVES TO IMPROVE....... BUT THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING, GET THE MONEY FROM THERE, CUSTOMERS AND GO TO ANOTHER BANK
