      Employees act like they are sitting in a cafeteria. They are chilling, cracking jokes and stuff. I felt stupid visiting this branch. But never been to any other branch anyways. If I see the same scene in other capital one, i will definitely be closing all my accounts with them.

      The cashier and affiliate, did not want. Pay me some money because I complained about the bad service they provide in this place, this is another place that I have AUDITED for CAPITAL ONE customer service...? ? We had been there from 2:30 to 4:37 pm, she said that she had taken a picture of her, she called the security guard to show him my cell phone, I did not have any photo of her, corroborated by the security guard of the place, This is an outrage, ?? ? that I go to another Bank with insults that the clients had preference, I am receiving the aid that the government gave and they discriminate against us in all the CAPITAL ONE BANKS, forced to have to open an account. And for this they do not serve well??? as if to ask for alms. Minus a million points for this place How sad. WHAT A BAD AND DEPRORABLE SERVICE. AND HUMILIATING...
