  Just wanted to say thank you to dale, and Adam for helping us get a second vehicle. Thank you Adam for having all paperwork done so quickly and we appreciate all the great service auto credit builders has provided to our family over the years. Thank you for always willing to help out. Could not have asked for any better service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle stop by you will not be disappointed.

  I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL! Curious their 5-star reviews are from 2018/2019 & they share no negative reviews 🤔 They do not prioritize their current customers & KNOWINGLY leave them without functioning vehicles. Debbie will state she is too busy & hang up on you, or she will promise a call/text she doesn't provide. Dale will take your weekly payment(s), give you a confirmation of that payment, then not process made-payment in their system...leaving your vehicle unable to start. You will pay for 7 days but their locks will only give 5 days of operation. They install 'GPS/ignition locks' on their vehicles, making your purchase unusable when they forget to process your payment or don't provide an override code. They aren't open on the weekends & take random days off, leaving you without transportation. They have no alternative/emergency contact methods. If you want to pay for an unusable vehicle 19 out-of 30 days (June 2022) & ride/walk to your destination, THIS is where to waste your income

  this place is a scam and I truly hope that everyone stays far away from here and also warns people. first the car you get will 100% have problems. and they will refuse to fix it. second make sure you understand what you're getting into. these people tricked me by making me believe I was paying to BUY my car, and instead it was a lease. I was 19 and dumb and needed a car and didn't understand everything that was going on and they ran with it. I paid 203.17 every two weeks for over three years, solidly, no missed payments. even though for the last year and a half I had it, it wouldn't drive. I still paid on it. then at the end of my lease these people tried to tell me that I had missed a few payments, which I have proof that I paid everything that should have been paid according to the lease paperwork I also have. then since the lease was up, they obviously take the car back. they then tried to tell me I still had to pay the additional 2000 dollars, regardless if I was wanting to keep the car, even though I didn't want to. keep in mind I paid over 18 thousand dollars for a 2006 Honda Civic that was leased to me in 2018. and they still tried to get another 2000 on me, claiming it was on the lease paperwork which it was not. only if I wanted to keep that car, I'd have to pay it. now they have put into the credit companies that I defaulted on my loan even though I did everything right and paid my bills, and wasted my money. please no matter what you do. do not go to this place. they will steal from you and destroy your life. thanks Debbie and Adam, y'all must sleep well at night
