      In both of my two interactions with this branch of First Merchants Bank, I had fantastic experiences. Today, with Mr. Martin V. Exceptional service from a local bank focused on providing a more intimate relationship with its customers. I especially recommend them for personal banking and home/auto loans.

      I was with Ameriana before they got bought out by first merchants and this bank is terrible in comparison. Useless customer service through phone (had to wait 10 minutes on hold after I lost my debit card) and they don't have Android pay.
