A vehicle you can trust LIE! Found out car had a recall for it and they didn’t offer not a single help, no rental, not a hold on payment NOTHING!!!!!! Payments aren’t worth it. I regret every decision going through them!

Horrible customer service I’m complaining on all platforms because this place needs to be shut down their customer service is despicable they give you a hard time when trying to make arrangements they make smart remarks and are extremely confrontational. Peggy was not trying to help and informed me to call back tomorrow which I don’t understand what’s the difference between today and tomorrow and when I asked her she kept saying call back tomorrow the manager proceeded to get on the phone & was no help either she could care less and I told her they weren’t giving good customer service and she basically blamed me and said “I don’t care if you made 1000 on time payments” there was nothing she could do to give me a week extension so with that being said don’t waste your time on these people who could care less about people having real life financial hardships. Don’t waste your time with this company they will treat you like a second class citizen because of your credit but I’m not going for it won’t be getting any more of my hard earned money. Please people if you are desperate go to a buy here pay here because these uncouth people are full of it especially PEGGY. And I’m almost positive all the good reviews are fake go to the BBB page and see how many customer service complaints they have what a joke!
