  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a cargo van from here for my business in Texas and have nothing but great things to say about my experience! I’m located in Austin, TX and obviously couldn’t come view the vehicle in person. I was able to get pictures of the vehicle from the dealer and at no point did I think the vehicle was being misrepresented to me. I did however do my due diligence and have the vehicle inspected by a third party company of my choice. As expected, the vehicle wasn’t perfect since it was used and a 2006 model but the main components (engine/transmission) were in good running order. I then proceeded to finalize the purchase and arranged shipping through my own sources. I dealt with Albert throughout most of the process, whom was willing to work with me and had no problem keeping the vehicle stored until the shipping company picked it up. This is also where my trouble began. The trouble was with the shipping broker! After offering me a low ball offer to ship the van, the process of finding a driver drug-out for weeks. Albert was able to look up the shipping request on the central dispatch system and see the listing which was actually already for double what the broker had originally quoted and still no driver. Albert offered to assist with shipment if I preferred and was able to get a driver a few days later and still save me money on the shipment! The van got delivered to my driveway a couple of days ago, so I’m very impressed with the service provided throughout this whole process! 10 out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As you were told on Friday evening, it is our company policy to accept only certified funds for vehicle purchase if you want to take possession of the vehicle on the spot. We offered you to leave a small deposit and come back the next day with a certified bank check. We understand that it might be an inconvenience to you, but this policy is in place to protect both parties from potential headaches. Our team stayed after closing time on a Friday evening in order to find a solution that we are all comfortable with. We apologize that you did not find any of our suggestions acceptable.   The salesperson was late and the vehicle should have been posted (as is ) ,dirty, smells of a smokers, unsafe front end, door not working properly, no air, needs oil change, and price change, posted 10,900 now 12,400 ,and I drove over a hundred miles for nothing 😪

  Hello Antony, Unfortunately we had only one salesperson working that Saturday and he was in fact a little late, we apologize that you had to wait. We always honor lowest advertised price… be it online, on Facebook, Craigslist or anywhere else. Show us lowest price and you’ll pay exactly that. This truck was in our storage lot so price on the window was not changed to reflect lowered online price. As far as condition, again, we told you on the phone that it will need some TLC being a 14 year old truck… sorry that it didn’t meet your expectations. All the best AVG Team
