      Do banking here and haven't had a problem with PNC. Only issue is, when I come here on weekends. There is always a line and it takes 30 minutes to get to the clerk. So I just come on weekdays when there is no line.

      Do not bank here. My debit card was hacked and I called PNC who told me just go to the bench and they will issue you a new card . When I arrived I was told I needed an appointment and would have to wait maybe up until 2 hours. When the very nasty man took me into his little cubic and I gave him my licence to get a new card I was told I would have to listen to his speech about online banking . When I said I don't have time he well you have too. So I took my license left and called the 888 number for PNC I spoke to a very nice woman who told me she never heard of making an appointment for a card replacement . Very very nasty man . Horrible customer service

      Bank manager is worthless! Can't return phone calls. My closest PNC, but always have problems with them.
