      DO NOT RECOMMEND, as a Ford member we get our checks early and that is the only thing "good". This place does not have an after hours service so if you choose to bank with them you will never get ahold of a live person, they are horrible if you call them during their actual working hours. My husband was trying to set up autopay for one of our accounts and has been locked out, it is late in the evening and they have no way to get ahold of them, they sent an email regarding the numbers to call (has to be during working hours).

      This is a terrible bank. Please do not even consider them. They have taken so much money from my accounts. I had mu card number stolen. I couldn't get them to shut card off for 2 days because it was the weekend. The charges overdrafted my account 18 times because of the amount taken. They refunded the stolen amount and said the overdrafts totaling 600$ were valid because i should have not used my card. It was stolen when i was swiping it. Those were pending charges. Please do not go to this bank no matter what u do. Even if ur at ford find another bank!!!!!!!
