      Problem 1: Was sent a new debit card in the mail with the wrong name on it. Problem 2: Called the bank and was told we had to go to service branch to get it re-printed. Problem 3: Had to stand in line for 15 minutes for a teller to check us in to be seen by someone else. Problem 4: Then had to sit another 5+ minutes waiting to be seen. Problem 5: Once seen was given lots of excuses about why this happened. Problem 6: Also while there we wanted to get our change counted and deposited. Nope! Change machine was removed and bank never notified it’s customers. Problem 7: Now , with gas prices at $5.00+/gallon, we have to drive across town to a different branch to get change counted/deposited. Used to LOVE this bank and branch, but VERY disappointed today.
