      Great bank but they should have customer service on weekends. Has an issue with the card and basically didn't have any money until Monday.

      Great to work with for any type of loan. Switched over to Availa when the Ankeny branch opened and couldn't be happier! The ladies at the teller window are very kind, the officers are easy to work with and answer any question thoroughly in a timely manner.
