Hello, I rarely leave reviews unless they are really positive or much worse. Anyway, I went here for a tax audit from the Wisconsin department the of revenue. This is something I could have handled myself, but since I have legal insurance, I am short of time, and not an expert; I enlisted their help. So, they stated they would file an appeal for me but never did.I found this out checking my appeal status with department of revenue who said they never received it. Luckily, this was on the last day of the appeal deadline. So I had to take A-day off work to complete this myself. Unfortunately, they did not follow through on our verbal contract of completing this appeal. Even worse, I left several voice messages, calling a few times, sent a couple emails, but never heard back! So, I had to go there in person to get my records back. They did not even give an apology or an explanation; very unprofessional!! In this manner, I was going to do my taxes here cause they seem friendly but after this I am not sure they can be trusted??!! As an Army veteran, honor, integrity, communication, and trust are very important to me! Not sure with my situation, they can check any of these boxes??!
