  Our application process was definitely not easy but Steve and his staff worked over time to make it happen.   I have a positive experience with avrus mortage company,this is a real deal. -no upfront fees, so for a refinance, there is no real risk. If it does not work, just ditch them and try your look somewhere else. In my case, it worked quite well, I refinanced and closed after at a low interest rate and truly no cost. In fact, just for applying for a loan.they lower there fees While not totally problem free (some duplicate work which I think was mostly caused by the title company) closing day is quite good. I never had a more lower cost refiance . Highly recommend for investments refinances.
