  Purchasing a home can be very stressful, but Mike and his team made everything so easy. From the preapproval process to the final closing they answered all of our questions & someone was always readily available to work with us. They assured us we would get the best rate and that’s exactly what we got. This was our 4th time purchasing a home & this was hands down our best experience. I wish we would have used them in the past!!!!! We definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

  We switched lenders with 14 days to close. Mike Murgatroy and his team at Guaranteed Rate, to say are super stars is an understatement. Mike asked me to send him my loan estimate and contract to review and came back with within a day, with huge savings for us! Not only from what the prior lender messed up (because they didn’t know FL) but in rates as well as credits. He promised us that he would have an ok to close before closing day, he got us an “OK to close” more than a week before closing, within 5 days of applying! Him and his team kept my husband and I constanty updated, while explaining everything in detail. He knew VA loans inside out and is licensed in all 50 states. All my military family and friends, I’ll be sending you to Mike for your next purchase. 🙂 The scary part/ blessing in disguise was the previous lender we were working with didn’t have anything done by the week of the closing. Had we of waited and not went with Mike we wouldn’t have made it to closing on time and lost our earnest money. Mike and team has earned loyal clients for years to come and we will refer all of our friends and family to him. They were the angels 👼 watching over us. -Extremely HAPPY clients!
