      Most inept home loan serviceing company I have ever worked with. They continued to over charge me on my escrow account by almost $400 even after I provided them with a copy of my property tax bill. Did not pay my property taxes when due even though they had over double the amount in escrow causing a delinquent tax notice with penalty to be sent to me. When I called about it, I had to send then a copy of the notice to prove they hadn't paid it so they could review it and was told that it would take 10 business days for them to review. I found this very hard to believe sine it took them over 2 months to review my escrow information that I sent and I still haven't heard the outcome on that. We refinanced our loan due to no response about the escrow account and I'm glad we did. I would never do business with them and would not recommend their services to anyone.
