My husband and I retained Dexter Stinson to do a refi on our rental property back in 2019. We could not have been happier. Mr. Stinson's attention to detail was top notched. At that time, I did not like having paperwork sent over the computer and expressed my concerns to him, Dexter's answer, how ever you feel comfortable is how we will get the paperwork done.
