  Ricardo was an awesome LO. He made sure he kept me informed.on what was going on with my loan, he responded quickly when I had questions and he was always willing to explain things. I would recommend this office and this LO.

  Justin is amazing. He was able to do for me what no other lender would do, and I had spoken with several of them. Justin succeeded in getting me a cash out on three investment properties, all of the loans at decent interest rates and with decent loan to value ratios. Justin is good at follow-through, i.e. keeping on top of the process as it progresses. He either picks up the phone or will answer calls in a timely manner. You can, of course, send him an e-mail; and he will respond; but I usually prefer the more personal touch of the telephone. He has good people working for him who are as responsive as he is. The amount of paperwork involved in obtaining a purchase money loan or a refinance of a single family residence--all of my investment properties that I refinanced with him were tenant occupied homes--is more formidable than it needs to be. And while I can't say that Justin made it a fun experience, at least he was able to mitigate much of the bureaucratic unpleasantness. Long story short: he knows his stuff; and I can't recommend him too highly.

  Their name should be changed to Incompetent Home Loans. This is my third home purchase, and the lender has delayed the easiest home transaction over a week because of the simplest clerical errors. Move date was pushed back 5 days because of the wrong numbers on buyer’s CD, then another few days for the wrong date. A 6-year-old could produce better results. They should be ashamed for having such an idiotic lender that can’t even record numbers/dates correctly. This lender doesn’t even deserve a cashier position at Taco Bell. Pick any other lender if you can.

  Hi Ashley, we understand moving and purchasing a home can have a lot of moving parts. It's due to that reason we strive to keep our communication constant. It seems some of your conversation could have been brought to your real estate agent's attention instead, as we are lender for the buyer, and not the seller in this situation. We consider communication one of our strengths and our loan officers strive to keep the real estate agents apprised of our lending timeline to pass along to all other parties of the transaction.
