      I have never had such a bad experience with a mortgage company. Steve didn’t lock in our rate on time causing us hundreds of more dollars a month than it should have been. We were constantly asked for the same document over and over. No one in the company was on the same page. There was no to little communication throughout the process. We closed late because they waited until the last minute to ask for documents that they were given once already. I would never recommend the company especially Steve. Closing costs and how much we had to pay before closing constantly changed on us (going up).
