      I paid off my equipment financing, and I called to make sure it was paid off and the CS rep said I had zero balance and i was done. A month later, today I see a $470 something charge and call and am told it’s a “contract termination” charge…why should I pay a fee for a contract that I paid off!?! I will be warning the few clients I sent over to them, and will not do business with Balboa ever again. Their cs agents must be high on pot as they are clueless when they speak. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BALBOA- you will regret it!

      Had a truck approved for fince with them. Waited a month didn't hear anything. Called and called and never a return call. Come to find out that they sold out and never let me know. Know I'm glad I didn't do anything with them. I hope the new company dose better then these guys did. Glad after looking I didn't do anything with them. They need to get there act together. Hopefully soon they will become a better place to deal with. They're growing to fast and not taking care of the people. There's needs to be a personal feeling for this place to help and not make even a number. That's the bad part of the company.
