  Madelyn was referred to me by a trusted friend who had used her a few months prior for the loan on their home. My wife and I came to her with high expectations and she absolutely delivered on those. As a first time home buyer we understood we were going to be more work than somebody who has been through the process before, but Madelyn never allowed us to feel like we were a burden when we came to her with questions. Her response time was rapid and she was always happy to update us on the status of our loan. My wife and I don't have a traditional tax situation, but Madelyn is such a whiz that it didn't slow our loan down at all. I would highly recommend her, and will be using her again without question for any of my loan needs moving forward.

  Madelyn is simply the best! I've personally dine two loans with her, and have referred several family, friends, and clients. To a person, they have all told me how pleased they've been with Madelyn's services. If you need to do a loan for purchase, refi, or reverse, I'd highly recommend Madelyn!
