A local bank that offers personalized service with a small business feel. I often read posts from other Palisadians, lamenting the lost small-town feel here in the Palisades. True as that may be, at least the staff at the Palisades Branch of Banc of California seem to understand the true meaning of service. The entire staff – small as it is – consistently perform above all expectations. Enter the branch to a warm – and sincere – welcome. Take a seat at a desk, face-to-face with a banker (rather than communicating through a 2-inch thick, bullet-proof glass partition). The pleasant, friendly, professional staff are always on top of their game, offering their expertise, as well as, freshly prepared cookies! This is just a small touch, often overlooked, that harkens back to a time when one did business with one’s neighbors. Banc of California also offers a myriad of additional service benefits, including notary services, accessible with very little prior notice.
