  One of the worse customer service banks in existence. They drop phone calls, do not call back. I am amazed they are still in business in the Palisades.

  I wanted to become a customer, but was unable to scheudle a mutually convenient time. After several attemps buy phone and email, I could not connect to pin down a time. Maybe my expectations are too high.

  Wanted to deposit over 1000 on my mom Account I don't bank with them but my mom does but at the moment she ill sick can't do it her self and they did not let me they did not care and it was cash but no she the teller also had a bit of attitude

  I am so sorry to hear your mom is not feeling well, Ericka. It is not our goal to to give you a hard time. The Bank Secrecy Act requires banks to monitor the source of transactions. Cash deposits are difficult to do this with. If you need to make a deposit of over $500 to a US Bank account that you're not a signer on, please use a check, set up an online transfer through Zelle or even perhaps a wire transfer.
