      I had made an appointment online to open a new checking account to have my Social Security checks to be deposited. I was met with a very unwelcome feeling from the moment I entered the bank. There were a few of the desk tellers discussing an error which they had made and how to correct it. One of them approached me and I told her I had made an appointment online. Then she tells me that they only see online appointments, that's what I just told her. She said they were very busy with other appointments and to reschedule. There was not one customer in the bank.
