  Card came in really fast and only time I’ve had trouble with my card is if I’m trying to spend more than the daily limit which is specifically stated when you open your account. All you do is call and raise the limit for the day if you plan on spending more than the daily.

  One of the tellers at the bank first drive thru was extremely rude and obnoxious. Totally needs to be trained in customer service People in the business of customer service need to realize they have a job because of the customer. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

  I have been with this bank for about 6 months now & either my husband's atm card or mine gets constantly declined although there's thousands in our bank account, it's ridiculous, we call & they tell me there's nothing wrong with our cards & we end up ordering new ones this has been going on since the beginning. I do not recommend this bank unless you want to go through the embarrassment that your card gets declined constantly... We do not own credit cards we pay out of pocket from our own money for everything & we can't even do that with our own debit cards! Ridiculous! This doesn't even deserve 1 star!
